Question / Help webcam sometimes hidden under...

This is a weird issue because it only happens when I'm running Synthesia and not WoW. So basically my video capturing device window for my webcam only shows up on top of WoW. However when I try switching to another "Game Capture" or "Window Capture", the webcam is hidden under the application and won't show on top?

I also tried window capture for my firefox to test and my webcam goes under as well. What's going on?

So it's still hidden even if you move your camera at the top in Sources section ? Because by adding new thing in Sources, everything will go behind newest one. You can move your camera at the top by right clicking. If you had camera at the top and its still hidden..then its weird.
