Bug Report Webcam slowly goes out of sync while using Elgato CC

Whenever I stream console using my Elgato HD capture card, my webcam will slowly go out of sync. It's get's ahead of the audio and continues to get worse while I'm streaming. It will be completely in sync until I start playing. After that, on the stream, my video will start to get ahead and the audio will come after. I've tried pretty much everything I can think of. I've tried to lower the quality of my stream. I've tried lower the resolution. I've tried lowering the FPS on my webcam. I have tried to give OBS higher priority on my computer. Nothing I've done seems to fix the issue.

I don't have the issue if I am just streaming a PC game, just from the capture card so I know it's not my webcam, and has to be the capture card. Is there a way to fix this? Please help.

Turn on "Use Buffering" in the Elgato source properties in OBS, and just leave it set to 0.
