Question / Help Webcam out of sync with gameplay footage

Hey!

I'm recording my PS4 footage through my HD PVR2 and using a Canon 70D + external mic as a "webcam" and audio. I could sync up the audio to my webcam with ease in the audio settings but now my camera and audio is 2-3 ahead of my gameplay footage.

I know there used to be a way to "buffer" the webcam audio to delay it so it would sync up with the rest using it as a "filter". But now I can't find that feature at all or any filters for that matter?

I run the latest version of OBS (I'm pretty sure, v0.657b)

Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

Okay, so I found the settings for adding a buffer time. The problem is that I can only do this for a "capture device", my Hauppauge HD PVR2 in this case. However that's already where the delay is, so being able to delay it further wouldn't help at all. How can I add a delay/buffer to another source/webcam/window?
