Bug Report Webcam not showing up

Hey guys,

I have been using OBS for about a week and I love it. I have encountered on weird bug though and wanted to see if anyone else has seen this or had major issues with their web cams. I find when I first start a stream or preview my web cam will show up like normal. Once I kill the stream or preview and start it up again it shows that the feed to my cam is turned on but the picture doesn't show up on the screen. The only thing I have found that actually fixes this is to restart my PC. Here are my logs if that helps.

make sure the webcam drivers are updated, I don't think this is a bug with OBS itself.

My drivers are up to date but still I have problems getting the camera to show up after I kill the stream and restart it. I even check to see if my camera works with other programs like skype and it still does. Not sure what the issue is here.

I just wanted to let you know that I found some different drivers and they seem to be fixing the problem. I will post back if I have any more issues with it.

I wanted to check back in and let you know that I am still having issue with the camera working properly when I stream. I changed the drivers and everything worked fine for a little bit then I noticed this started happening if I killed a stream and restarted it.

The only way I have been able to get my camera to work properly is if I restart my computer and get everything set up first, then start the stream. If I stop the stream for any reason this is now what happens to me. I use a Logitec 300 Wbcam, I am not sure if this is just a garbage webcam or if its something else. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have tried running that one other streaming app to see if I have the same issue and I do not, just for the record. This is one of the reasons why I think it might be something related to OSB. I thought I would add that if it helps with anything.

I have been using the latest test build and still encounter the issue. I have found what appears to be a fix to the problem. If the camera starts to get weird like in the video link above I can go into settings and reset everything to default. If I then start the stream up everything appears to work fine. If I kill the stream and start it again (like going from preview to actually streaming) it will error again and I have to go through the whole resetting process. Right now going to config and resetting everything to default seems to work as a fix.
