Bug Report Webcam not displaying

Hi,

I recently switched over to OBS from xsplit.

I'm having a issue with OBS not displaying my webcam. The webcam is detected and all; I can select it in the list of capture devices but when I go in to preview/stream mode it does not show up. It displays a red-outlined box where it should be displaying WHILE IN edit mode.
My webcam works fine on other programs (skype, xsplit) and my drivers are up to date.
I use my webcam as a mic as well.

Hm, most strange, it's not actually reporting any problem with the mic, instead the log seems to indicate there are no problems, yet a red screen definitely means there's a problem. I mean there's literally nothing wrong in the log file, I'm pretty baffled, you might have to come around chat when I'm awake for me to try to debug the issue (which hopefully shouldn't take too long), just PM me and say my name to get my attention if I'm awake
