Webcam not displaying

I'm trying to set up a webcam as a source on my son's PC. The webcam works fine but OBS just shows a black screen.

I have verified the camera works, and also tested it on my own laptop which has the same version of OBS as he's got.

Are there any known issues I should check?

You may be using the Nvidia 526.47 driver. It causes problems with video capture devices

Would also recommend to confirm it, if you are trying to source directly from Webcam, that it is not being used by another application, such as Nvidia Broadcast.
