Question / Help Webcam Mic Whines when Recording

I am using a Logitech Quickcam 9000, and whenever I enable it in OBS for my facecam, there is a terrible high pitched whining noise that goes through my headset, and it also saves into the captured video. It stops as soon as I quit recording or previewing. I opened my camera up in the Logitech Webcam Software application, and there were no audio problems there. It only causes this when I am in OBS. Does anyone know how to fix this, or what a potential cause may be?

Personally, I would try a different USB port. but this isn't a software issue as far as I know.
