Question / Help Webcam/mic behind game and music audio.

Whenever I try to "sing along" with in-game audio or other music, there is a slight but noticeable delay between the music playing on the stream output and then my singing along with it. It is a fraction of a second, but enough to make it so that I can't try to follow along with any audio without annoying my viewers with the delay. I am using Adobe Audition (works great, but would like to find a cheaper alternative) and Virtual Audio Cable to eliminate background noise in the mic, which I adjusted for by delaying the webcam to match the delay in the mic caused by Audition.

But now I can't get my matched mic/cam to sync up with other audio. I've tried tinkering with just about every setting I could think of including...
Global Audio Sync Offset
and
Use Mic QPC timestamps
...in Advanced but I guess I haven't found the correct combination of settings to just...make...things...work... I know it has something to do with the Adobe Audition latency because when I change the OBS audio settings to just go straight to the mic and not use Audition, the delay goes away. It's just none of the other settings seem to work to offset the music/game audio to match.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
