Hello, I'm rather newish to OBS, I used to use xsplit, but decided to try this program out, but I'm having issues with the webcam being fluid while recording, or streaming live. I've not had this problem during my use with xsplit. The Webcam I'm currently using is the Logitech C270, I have it downscaled to a low resolution thinking that would fix it, frames lowered from 60 to 30, and I am using RGB24's output format.
