Hi guys I hope you can help with this, so when I stream without my webcam enabled everything is great, solid 60fps output, no lag nothing, but has soon has I enable my Logitech c920 I get severe FPS drops (my game is fine but the stream is choppy) I have updated drivers, I have tried most things on these forums, but nothing seems to work, I noticed it's mainly Origin games, I use FaceRig on streams and no way on earth that should effect my PC has it's more than powerful enough to handle games while streaming. thanks for the help in advance.

FaceRig has a very big CPU usage requirement, so it's not something that can be dismissed that quickly. That said... there's not much to go off of with the logs -- there needs to be a recording or streaming attempt in order to see what kind of issues are popping up.

The big thing that stands out though is your facerig source is using xrgb color space -- this color space isn't GPU accelerated, so that may be what's causing the issues, since that means a lot of extra conversions and CPU loading. If you can, change the color space to NV12 or YUY2.

Hi Carlmmii thank you for your reply, So I noticed when I enable just the webcam alone on BFV or any origin game for that matter, I'm getting FPS drops, I just don't understand it and I can't find the "NV12 or YUY2" settings.

Doubleclick on your facerig source, and you should have this window pop up:
facerig_colorspace.jpg
What options do you have to choose from in that YUV Color Space line?

Hi so I have currently uninstalled facerig, but still having the FPS issue when using the webcam, so my colour Space is set to Default and the options I have are 709 and 601... but when I enable webcam in game my fps are literally dropping to half on the stream but I'm still getting well over 100fps in game, the FPS in question are the one down the bottom right corner of OBS where it shows the CPU usage, also in certain games when I click the game to play it removes my theme/webcam etc until I come out of game... honestly this is becomes more of a hassle than it's worth.

I uninstalled my device (webcam driver) to no avail, I have no idea why this is happening.
Hey!! I am experiencing exactly what you say is happening to you and I don't know how to solve it either. Have you managed to fix something?

Sorry for my English, I'm Spanish jajaja

I know this reply is very late but I had a similar problem and got it fixed. I stream Escape From Tarkov, but whenever I stream it with my c920 on, my webcam specifically gets VERY out of whack. The fps drops and the color gets really white. I figured out that when the active window becomes the game, the Logitech G Hub software kicks in and controls the webcam. I went to G Hub > C920 > Settings cog > 'Disable this device in G Hub to allow other software to have full control' and made sure that optino was checked. Problem solved.
