Question / Help Webcam Issue on Windows 10

I searched a lot but failed to find a solution for this, my webcam does not pop up on OBS, I just get a blank square, I can't even use the windows camera and add the camera window for OBS and I think it's a permission issue with the Windows 10 Privacy settings, any help?

Thanks in advance.

I'll assume you posted that based on the directx error on the log, I checked it already and I run OBS with admin privileges. But I could not find any answer so far

yes that was my guess
do you have this installed? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35
is it the same in studio? I would try to get latest driver from manufacturer, this dshow error looks strange
btw you should post on obs classic forum, not studio one

if you have my last link installed, can you try to change camera's data format? like I420, YUY2, or MJPEG?
or connect directly to mobo if its on some usb hub now

Yep, DX is up to date, if I run the link it says I have a most recent version instaled. And no, haven't tried to change the webcam format, and it's directly plugged on mobo.
Will try reply soon

Found those lines on the log

09:06:54: ------------------------------------------
09:06:54: Scene buffering time set to 700
09:06:54: Using directshow inputWarning -- DShowPlugin: Could not create device filter
09:06:54: bitrate: 12809:06:54: Audio Encoding: AAC

I still think WebCam Privacy Setting on Windows 10 has something to do with it

The main problem is this, even IF I open up my windows camera software (That works properly) and use Capture Screen on it to "bypass" the input device, I still get a blank screen. It's really crazy

I run CCleaner on a regular basis, runned before trying the forum, I usually try to exhaust google before trying stuff like this, spend a lot of time around 3 days before getting completely and utterly clueless and came here. I even tried a clear fresh windows image on a secondary boot option.
