Bug Report Webcam is not working in latest update version

Hi there,
My webcam is Logitech C930
The problem is that it's ok but i cant use it in OBS, there's a small red dot in the left up side of the preview screen.

Can someone helps me, i try to put the resolution to 320x240 but it just appear one time. After i reset the OBS, it disappear and not show anymore.

Try changing your Resolution in properties to 1280x720 and see what happens.
If that doesn't work then I am afraid I can't help you.

Try to run OBS Studio as administrator.
Try obs32.exe.
