Webcam in fullHD no lags in OBS but lags in recordings

Hi all,

I know this topic has been brought up many times but here is my concern.
I use OBS to record videos, not for streaming.
With OBS, as soon as I make by recording with full-screen webcam and I start recording, in OBS everything looks fine, but the rendered video is very laggy.
I saw many people having lags while having OBS on, I don't have those lags. The recorded videos is where the issue is.
When I record videos using Camtasia, and I record full-screen webcam videos, everything works just fine without lags.

I tried pretty much everything from this forum and youtube.
Tried to reduce to 720p, tried to change webcam settings, settings in output. Nothing works....

The output from your log file when run through the OBS Log Analyzer shows the CPU to be overloaded.

Thanks a lot! I didn't know this tool existed.
Will check how to solve this.
But I am surprised camtasia can do the recording with no issues.
