I use a Logitech c525 webcam when I stream. I do have a delay setup because I use a hdpvr 2. But recently when I set my delay it fades away giving me no delay at all. I set it to 2000ms and goes to 0 in matter of seconds. If anyone has some input on this problem, please share. Thanks!
