Question / Help Webcam having issues through NDI on a second scene

Got a new overlay pack that came with a just chatting overlay scene. Got everything added, made sure to use the same source from my "live" scene from my webcam. Started testing to make sure everything works great, and everything does until I come to the just chatting and my webcam is dropping frames or studdering. Webcam is the logitech c922
