Webcam freezes OBS

Hello
I was messing around with the configure video settings on OBS for my webcam and now everytime I try to use my webcam it freezes and I am unable to configure the settings because it disappears from the device list
Tried running OBS as admin too
Webcam is wansview 1080p

tried creating a scene with only the cam and it still frooze
and same problem without the usb hub

seems to freeze in other software too and disappears from device manager whenever I use it
