Webcam freezes and crashes OBS

I started streaming on Twitch 4-5 days ago and the first day went amazingly and I was able to stream with no issues for about 6 hours. On the 2nd day I streamed for about 3 hours and then I noticed my video camera (webcam which is integrated into my laptop) froze, when I opened OBS to try and reset it and the entire app froze forcing me to restart OBS and the stream (My audio and game were fine btw it was only my webcam that froze). Same issue happened again after about 20 minutes and I restarted my PC, I then just decided to rest and try again tomorrow.

I have now been commonly having this issue persist accross different broadcasting platforms and have been trying to fix this for days. It happens when im not streaming so it's nothing to do with wifi/bitrate or anything like that.

I looked online and many people said the issue was that a virtual camera is using the camera, but I don't have any app doing such thing as far as im aware. I even checked all apps using my camera and uninstalled some of them like WhatsApp, to the point where the only apps left were Discord and the actual Camera App (and OBS). Still no solution. I understand this is an OBS forum and this doesn't seem to be OBS focused, but I've searched EVERYWHERE and have had no luck so im just posting everywhere I can for help.

I have been trying dozens of solutions all to no avail. But yesterday something REALLY weird happened:

I was trying to stream again and trying some solutions and I was able to stream for 2-3 hours with my camera only freezing twice, and it didnt even crash the broadcasting App and I simply had to refresh the camera. Then at some point I move my laptop to bring the camera closer to me and when I move it the camera freezes again, and freezes the broadcasting app. I find it very weird that this happened the second I physically moved my laptop as I doubt it would happen the same second.

I noticed CPU temp was quite high so I assumed this had been the issue, I fixed the CPU temp issues and the issue persisted, im back at square zero.

Any help at all would be amazing, I've been losing my hair over these days with this. I have Lenovo Legion 5 with an AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU with 32 GB of ram, all drivers are updated.

I forgot to add, here is a log file from the first time I had this issue about 5 days ago: https://obsproject.com/logs/1FhrmD1gk5LqW5gS
The warnings for HAGS and mismatched sample rates have been fixed, and the issue happens while not streaming so im sure that WIFI is not an issue. For the lenovo vantage warning, it's about a network boost option which I never had on so it's also not an issue.

SOLUTION: Im pretty sure it's the fucking Lenovo 5 Slim Webcam, I installed an app to use my phone as a webcam and had no issues for 4 hours. I will try further tomorow, I also ordered a webcam. If I have any issues anymore I'll remove this solution, so if it's still here it's because it was simply the Lenovo 5 Slim Webcam is shit.
