So i have reformatted my pc because i have this webcam fps drop when running a game. i have the same result when i installed obs after reformatting my pc. i tried different game and same result with webcam fps drops. i have search anything that could help with webcam fps drops such as disabling any auto config in my webcam software. webcam im using is c920 and used different settings such as changing res and video format. im not even streaming and just looking at the preview so i dont think its anything to do with encoding or bitrates or capping my cpu and gpu. i have also tried different usb ports and still lags when running any game. please help. thanks in advance!
