Actioncam connected by direct USB. Was working fine, then froze, now unable to reconnect. OBS sees the device's name, but no video.

Thanks, qhobbes. Good info. I have cold-booted W10 with no change. I will attempt this again. I also see that I can update W10 to the May version. Your suggestion to use "Log Analyzer" is very helpful. I'm seeing other USB anomalies, too, so I'll continue to investigate.
