Question / Help WEBCAM DELAY NOT WORKING

I have my Global Audio Sync Offset set to 1500 milliseconds and my Elgato Audio Sync Offset to -1500 milliseconds so that my mic and the Gameplay are all synced. Then i add my webcam and put a 1500 milliseconds Buffering Delay. Everything is synced for about 15 min. then the webcam gets out of sync with the mic and gameplay.

PLEASE HELP!
