Is there a way to delay a webcam feed more than the current max of 8000 milleseconds?

I'm looking for a way to delay the feed about 20-25 seconds. I can delay the feed in VLC and then window capture the feed in OBS, but I lose the resolution from the webcam.

Are you delaying just the camera or the whole stream?
Because if you're delaying the whole stream, buffering on the webcam is not where to do it.

sorry to bump this, however hoping someone has an idea on how to do this. I need a webcam feed delayed 25 seconds and a screen capture that is live on the same broadcast. Is it possible, and can the 8000 milliseconds cap be changed?
