Question / Help Webcam buffer doesn't work

Trying to sync up my elgato with my audio and webcam. I've got the audio nailed down, but after ticking the webcam's "use buffering" setting to 1400 ms it only seems to work for a couple of seconds or so before going back to no delay at all.

Make sure your Scene Buffering Time in Settings->Advanced is set to a value longer than the buffer time you want to use on the camera. Preferably by at least +400ms.
