Question / Help Web Cam lagging since Windows 10 update

I've used OBS for a year and LOVE it. Since the windows 10 update the last few days, my webcam is so laggy I cannot use it on stream. When I open my webcam in the logitech webcam app, it looks great. Once I try in OBS, its very laggy. I've gone a year without this issue until right now.

Any help????
