Weather Alert notification in stream

This looks totally awesome but do you have instructions for dummies (me) to add this to OBS?

I'm working on improving all my widgets, and the weather forecast widget is next on the list. I would love to hear your suggestions for the improved version! It will use a completely new engine, and I'll provide video tutorials on how to use the widget, obtain an OpenWeather API key, and navigate the simplified configuration panel for better performance and user experience.
