Way to get rid of black bars while in windowed mode?

You need to make sure the window resolution has the same aspect ratio as the OBS canvas resolution. In your case, you need to make the window either slightly taller or slightly narrower. Or you adjust the OBS canvas resolution accordingly. However, you should still use an aspect ratio of 16:9, so it's the same as for the majority of all computer users.
