Way to Automate based on times

Hi,
Don't know where to put this thread, hope this is fine.

Starting to use OBS on win10 for church Livestreaming.
Have set windows to start up OBS when the PC is turned on.
What we would like to automate is something like

7:45 - Switch to Scene 1 (Logo, Youtube Royalty Free music Playing, etc).
7:45 - Start Streaming
7:55 - Start Recording
7:55 - Switch to Scene 3 (Countdown Video, Youtube Royalty Free music.)
8:00 - Switch to Scene 2 (Input from the ATEM Switcher (Camera, etc))

Then all the Volunteer operator needs to do is switch the PC on, and stop the stream and recording after the service.
Is there something that can do that?

Thanks. Just played with that now actually. Looks good and Powerful. Should fit the bill nicely
