Question / Help WavTap nor Soundflower working

I downloaded and installed WavTap on my Mac because my sound wasn't working. It didn't appear in my sound preferences or my desktop audio device dropdown bar. Soundflower showed up in my system preferences. But when I make it default, I hear this random glitchy sound whenever music or voice comes from the Mac. Please help!

By the way, my sound was working on Mac. My OBS sound wasn't working on Mac. Should've made it more clear.
