Question / Help Watch Video in Full Screen

So I started to record the game I wanted to post on youtube. Since display capture is my best bet with the game so far. I played the game for a while then stop recoding it and I go to watch the video and it's not exactly the full-screen resolution. I would like to have the video to be fit to screen or whatever it is. I want maybe 1080p or something just enough where it doesn't look itty bitty. If there is a way to do it please let me know.

 
Because you are downscalnig:
23:10:42.825: base resolution: 1366x768
23:10:42.825: output resolution: 1092x614

Set the output resolution to be the same as the base resolution.
