Question / Help Watch stream while streaming?

So I have OBS and Soundflower set up so I can stream videos on Twitch. I've been trying to figure this "watch stream while streaming" problem but I haven't figured anything out yet. Is there anyways I can stream a video and then watch the stream on Twitch with other people where

a) I can prevent the media player's audio from going to my computer's output while still going to the stream's output (since there's a lag time between the video playing and showing up on the stream)
b) I can prevent Twitch's audio from going to desktop audio so the audio looping problem doesn't happen

Anyone have any ideas that doesn't involve purchasing a separate machine?

You should just be able to mute your stream. You can't separate out different programs from being streamed though, at least I know of no way yet.

Muting the stream would prevent the audio looping problem, but audio would be out of sync (from my perspective) since I would be hearing the audio from my media player but the stream's video content would be several seconds behind due to the lag time that I mentioned.

Erm, Twitch has 30s delay by default if i'm not mistaken, so there is no actual way to watch your stream "live" except in OBS preview window

The delay is a non-issue if I can solve the audio problems I listed in the original post.

just mute your stream if you want to see what your viewers are watching, but I wouldn't recommend it as twitch delay is 30s, the more you personally watch your stream on twitch while you are streaming your self the more delayed it becomes.

I guess if there's no elegant solution to this, I'll just resort to getting a second machine.
