washed out colors and no sharp video

Hi Guys,

i want to record my Screen. In the Programm StreamLabs OBS the Colors look perfekt. But in the final saved File all Colors look washed out. Also the saved clip ist not perfect sharp.

Im using the new MacBook Air M1 with the newest OS.

could someone help ?
