Was working great until I changed fps.. Im on windows 10 and I changed the fps to 1/200 and the program crashed. Now it says its running on my task manager but its not on my taskbar. Whenever I shut down the program on my task bar and open obs back up, it doesn't appear on my screen or taskbar again..

Thanks but the problem is I can't see it. No matter what I do (Re-installing, restarting PC, Reset OBS) Nothing seems to change, it never appears on my screen.

You will have to wait at least 4-8 minutes for OBS to open after setting it to run at only 1 frame per 200 seconds as startup requires synchronizing with the video output.
