Question / Help Was streaming Flawless. Now very unstable and crashing.

So I got into streaming a few months ago and decided to take the dive. It was tough at first for not being very computer savy, but it was all figured out and I had a great clean stream as told by my viewers and countless test streams. Long story short I let my girlfriend use my computer and I caught a virus. I cleaned my computer using malware bytes and that seemed to fix the problem. It did for a while but then my computer was having serious issues, and also causing the stream to suddenly stop. but I would never drop frames. So I had a friend who knows a little more then I do come by/ He reset my PC to factory and reinstalled everything clean, Realizing I should've saved a log or two now. Sorry. The computer was back to 100 percent but now my OBS will drop tons of frames all at once, stop streaming, and or fluctuate kb/s very high to low. I cant stress and my viewers cant stress enough how fine it was before.

I'm completely stumped ive messed with all the settings and going back to defaults. For hours on end for the life of me, Ive done everything short of buying a new computer (that I'm comfortable doing on my own).

another log file if not correct the first time. it shows the ok stream to all frames dropping., two disconnects and the reconnects back into an ok stream, Was flawless before at 30 fps.
