Was it my PC or did the internet drop out?

Hi friends. I do a weekly stream via Facebook live and have been problem free for weeks after spending considerable time researching best practices and tweaking my setup accordingly. Yesterday I was about 75 minutes into my performance when the little square at the bottom of the OBS software turned red, and then a message popped up saying there was an interruption. It seemed to come back for a blip, and then the stream stopped. Here is my log file. Might it tell us what the culprit was? If it was the internet signal to my home dropping out, I'd feel a lot better, since it would mean it wasn't my computer. I'm running on Windows 10.

"dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls"

Settings --> Advanced --> Network --> Check box for "Dynamically change bitrate..." [Apply] [OK]

In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode
and
Run OBS as Admin

Thank you so much! I will try the your suggested changes. I found it strange that this problem happened, since I've have several weeks of smooth streaming of my shows without any incident.

I have a premium internet package at home and a new, powerful gaming router. The day this problem occurred, I was wired directly to the router with ethernet cable. Next time I will connect ethernet cable directly to the modem. Do you agree this would help reduce the risk of running into this kind of problem again?

Unless there is something wrong with your router, it should not cause dropped frames when using a wired connection. Check for firmware updates.
