I tried everything to have a decent stream output quality for my warzone streaming at 60fps, 1280x720p output.. i ve seen some streamer their stream video is the same like in game quality very smooth in movement. i dont have pixelated issue but my moving around while playing warzone is not that smooth as other stream.
Output mode:

4500 CBR
Max Quality
High

psycho visual tuning
720 @ 60fps
