I've tried everything known to bloody man to try and get OBS working again, after the last update I am confused by the settings it has made me do, I have tried everything differently and nothing seems to work, here is my log for a 5 minute stream I did this morning, I couldnt keep it on any longer, the frame drops were unbearable... It seems that I don't DROP frames, it just completely lags out for a few seconds then comes back but tells me (No Frames Were Dropped)

Internet is 10mb Upload /40 download.
Want to play WoW, Fallout, Crisis, games like this - FPS / RTS / MMO
Would be nice to play most of these in 1080p and I thought my computer and Internet could easily handle this...

Seems as though in the logs it has some specs wrong

8gb Ram
ATI Radeon 7850
i5 - 2550k - No OC

You are using monitor capture with Aero enabled. There is a big warning message that pops up when you try to add a monitor capture source with Aero enabled on Windows Vista/7 saying that you should disable Aero if you absolutely do need to use it.

If you need to keep using monitor capture, disable Aero. Otherwise I would suggest to just steer clear of using monitor capture at all.

If that is so, then you posted the wrong log, and we can't advise you on anything based on the contents of it. Please make sure to post your most recent log, rather than an old one with settings you don't even use anymore.

Here is the most recent log, I just turned on my stream for another few minutes. Sorry for the time wasting, this is baffling me beyond belief!

The problem seems to lie with your webcam, it's taking a really long time to initialize. You can try lowering the resolution for it in the source properties, connecting it to a USB 3.0 port or change the format (check "Use Output Format" and select for instance "MJPG" from the list if available.)

depends on your hardware

If you have this problem it usually means your settings are too high in OBS for you to encode with your system. Post log files and we can help.

PC- Windows7 64-bit
MB - MSI 7260-010 K9N Neo-F AM2
CPU - AMD processor model unknown 3015 MHz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5800
RAM - 4GB DDR2

Adapter Type:
ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series
Chip Type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x6898)
DAC Type: Internal DAC(400MHz)

Stream Info:
Software - OBS
Quality - 6
Bitrate/Buffer - 1000/1000
Base Resolution - 1680x1050
Resolution Downscale - 1280x720 and FPS - 30

I think I have too good graphic for this Motherboard and even DDR2 RAM are old, right?
Does anyone know which Motherboard would be the best to pick up between 70-120€ (Sorry im not got at inside pc, I would really appreciate for your help). Also when I want to watch videos on YouTube i cant with graphic installed, so i need to unistall graphics to watch YouTube videos. If I'd watch videos on YouTube WITH Graphics then everything freeze and PC restart and Blue Screen.

Because people often have different causes for their problems, and it makes it hard for the people helping if other people besides the OP are trying to get help in the same thread for different issues.

When you make a new thread, make sure you include your log.
