Question / Help WARNING taking too long to encode: Skipping Frame!

I am new to this software and would like to not only stream Halo 4 using Hauppage device but also League of Legends. I have tried using monitor capture along with game capture and each time I preview stream it starts fine but a few seconds in it freezes, lags, and then the warning shows in the bottom. I have used the OBS estimator and set my settings accordingly and still receive the same warning. I attached my logs. Any help would be fantastic

you've got a very weak cpu.
not even sure these settings will be low enough but give this a shot
resolution downscale to 960x540 25fps preset ultra fast and kbps depends on your upload speed run speedtest.net keep your kbps about 500 less than your upload speed without going over 2,500kps
