It says something like, skipping encode, and instantly get fps drops, this new update has fucked everything up, i have 75 down 16 up !! come on man sort this out and put it back to normal

If you're streaming to London Twitch servers, they are currently being redirected to Amsterdam, do you're probably better off trying a different server. Ashburn is a pretty good one, even from EU.

If the skipping encode warning is popping up, it means that your PC can't keep up with the encoding process using the settings you have chosen. The new version has not changed anything enough to where suddenly working systems and settings would stop working fine. Previous versions did, however, basically hide the fact that your settings were too much for your PC to legitimately handle.

It's pretty important to post a log file -- absolutely need to see it to determine what's going on.
