Can stream for about 8 minutes before OBS crashes and I get the following in the log...
https://pastebin.com/FGd6EgBP

After this happens, the audio device that was being used no longer becomes usable at all and I get the error "Error: Cannot initialize desktop audio sound, more info in the log file." However for some reason if I plug a pair of earphones in whilst I get the same issue, resetting them allows them to be used again (still for 8 minutes).
Previewing stream works indefinitely.

I'm using a 2 computer setup for streaming with an AverMedia Live Gamer HD Lite Capture Card. The two computers are connected via HDMI and I've set up a Virtual Audio Cable which listens on my headset (connected to the gaming computer) and sends it to the capture card via an audio repeater.

About a month and a half ago I streamed for 24 hours straight with no issues! Had to take a break after that to get a permanent monitor sorted out for my streaming PC and now I have one I'm getting this error, the only thing that has changed is the monitor (the one I was using before is not available to me now) so I'm guessing it as an issue with that! Just no idea what/how to go about fixing it properly!

You can find screenshots of all of the playback and recording devices across both computers at this link...

They should all be in order, apologies if they're not.

Let me know if you need any other information!
