Question / Help Warning: High Encoding

Hello, I am new to streaming and the first couple times I had no issues, but today viewers were complaining about lag and I noticed the "Warning: High Encoding" on the bottom left of obs pop up ever so often. I have read a few forums on here with similar issues and they all got great feedback. I wasn't doing anything different than the first times that i streamed so i don't know what the problem could be, any help is appreciated. I'm guessing my cpu not fast enough for what im trying to do but idk why i didn't have problems the first couple days then...

most of your duplicate frames are from high encoder time per frame which is mainly due to your i5 being good for gaming but not gaming AND streaming. I would suggest make sure you keep everything closed that doesn't need to be open. for instance, don't watch your own stream while you stream. instead use a popout twitch chatbox
