Question / Help Warning! High CPU Usage etc...

Hiya guys.
Every time i record GTA IV for my Clan, i have issues with lagging, stuttering and missing frames. Especially when the game play is moving quickly, for example moving the camera or driving at high speeds. On OBS i get some Warning! High CPU usage... yeh bout that..

CPU: AMD FX 9590 8 Core 4.7Ghz / 5.2Ghz
Corsair H80I Watercooling
RAM: Kingston HyperX savage 16GB DDR3 1866Mhz
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z
GPU: MSI R9 290X Lightning Edition 4GB
PSU: Corsair RM750X
3x AOC 21.5" Full HD Displays

Any Ideas?

Post an OBS log file from at least five minutes of high action content where the problem is occurring.

The longest encode in either of those logs was only 80 seconds... which still isn't really enough to accurately judge the performance.

From the 80 second one:

Its over 1%, so that's bad. But really I'd need to see a longer encode to say with more certainty. You can try setting SuperFast preset and that should clear up any problems, since its close.
