Question / Help Warning: Encoding Taking Too Long

For a couple weeks, the program ran perfectly fine. Then I re-formatted my PC and Now I'm getting This error while streaming Minecraft.

Is there a solution to this problem?

We need a stream log where you stream for more than five minutes (most of the 'tests' in that one were less than 10 seconds) to allow the stream to normalize.

You're also trying to stream 1080p@30 (or 720@60) on 1250kbps, which isn't going to fly. Not even a little bit. That isn't even enough for 720p@30 with acceptable quality.

I Stop Streaming Because I deal with the Fact that I go From 300+ Fps To like 15 Fps Then Seeing the "warning : Encoding Taking Too Long " I changed the 1080 p to 720p 30fps and 2500 Bitrate.

Make sure you enable CBR and change your keyframe interval to 2 if you're streaming to Twitch.

Also, I see you're using the fast x264 preset at 60fps...that will use quite a lot of CPU power. You should keep the x264 preset at veryfast, and consider dropping back down to 30fps.

Give the bit rate you've selected, I recommend streaming at 540p, 60fps, on the veryfast preset.
