Question / Help Wanting to Stream HD

Hi i am trying to stream a lot more but the quality of my stream does not look that great
PC spec
dual geforce gtx 780
Intell Core i7-4930k CPU @ 3.40 GHz

Looking to get the HD 1080P while moving around it seems to be ok when standing still in a game but right when i move to fuzzes up very bad
