I would like to stream games like League of Legends,Hearthstone and Minecraft.

My specs are:
Intel(R) Pentium(R)
CPU P6200 @
2.13GHz 2.13GHz

RAM 4.00 GB (3.68 usable)

64-bit Windows 7

Video card:
nVIDIA
GeForce
610M - 1 GB

Also if it wouldn't be too much trouble, can you recommend me any settings.I tried streaming I had issues with black screen when game capturing but after the latest patch it has been okay.

Pretty slow Dual-Core CPU, very bad graphics card, you can maybe get a very low resolution, low framerate, and low quality stream running, but I personally would recommend to just upgrade your system to a cheap desktop that has probably 4-8times the processing power.

If you want to test it, lower your encoding profile in advanced to ultrafast, use the downscale option in the video settings to start with a pretty low resolution, something in the range of 480/360p. Framerate between 15-25 fps and then start testing.

You can upload us a log file of your tests afterwards and we can take a look. But if possible, just upgrade your system for streaming. Your upload speeds is very good, so its mainly the hardware that will keep you back.

I might be getting a new desktop with an i5 processor next month or so, but I am not sure I can get a good video card.Could you suggest me a good graphics card that is not very expensive but will do the job for streaming?

if you are building a desktop for streaming, i wouldnt go i5.
jump right to the i7 as pc gaming + streaming you want the most power for your build.
here is a wishlist i put together for someone on twitter. each one of the parts is high quality and will be perfect for longevity.
you could get away with cheaper parts, but risk getting crappy hardware that may be prone to dying easy.

Hmm, I would definitely not pay 260$ for a mainboard. Its quite easy to save nearly 200$ without loosing any feature. The PSU also seems a bit expensive, not sure if 650w is really needed. Just get a good 80plus PSU that is nice and quiet. My current BeQuiet PSU costed around 80euro for 550w and 80plus gold.
The R9 280 series costs roughly 80-100$ more than the 270X series, but gives at most 15% more power in some games, according to benchmarks. So I personally would opt for a 270X series. So you can probably save 200-300$ and still get hardware that is not prone to "dying easy" ?!

i5 or i7 is simply a question of budget. But if you buy new parts anyway, you could check if an i7 would not fit the budget somehow. So depending on this my recommendation would be to simply get a R9 270 (roughly 180$) to have a good GPU for gaming and streaming. And combine that with the i5 or an i7. Both will definitely be enough to start streaming, with the i7 giving you of course more room and CPU power to work with.
