Question / Help Want to switch to obs from Geforce Exp

Hello sorry for the wall of text but recently I've been trying to get into streaming but only using geforce experience works for me and I want to switch to obs. I’ll start out by stating my upload speed is 6.06 mpbs. (I am aware this is terrible) When I stream with Ge Force experience my settings in the overlay say that they are on low quality 480p, 30fps 1mbps since that’s the lowest mbps I can put it at. (I’m able to do 60 if I want but choose not to) and surprisingly when I stream it’s pretty clear, even when I stream it at 60fps I don’t see any issues in the stream, no pixels everywhere from 1mbps, but when I try to use obs and stream with 900 bit rate sometimes the stream will die and disconnect, not only that but it will look super pixelated and ugly on stream compared to Ge force. I would keep using Ge force experience but if I want to change my screen or game I have to end the stream.I really don’t know much about obs so it would be amazing if someone could help me out on how to replicate the Ge force settings.
