Question / Help Want to start, streaming CS : GO

Hello Guys,
I'm quite new to stream, but i wanna start streaming CS : GO.
Maybe some of you, can tell best options for OBS in my point.
My SPECIFCATIONS :
Ram: kingston 4gb hyperx fury (x2)
cpu: amd fx-6300, 3. 5Ghz (6core)
video: msi radeon r9 270x, 2gb ddr5
motherboard: gigabyte ga-970a-ds3 (sata3)
hdd: western digital, 1tb (sata3)(covick blue)
psu: inter-tech, it-starter black. Usb 3. 0, +500w

MONITOR: LG TV with max RESOLUTION 1680x1050, and im using 1360 x 768 because its only choice

INTERNET CONNECTION :


Im new to TWITCH, thats why i dont have quality switch buttons. Thats why i wanna get as much people i can, providing rly good, smooth, picture without fps drop for my pc and stream.

Please, really need your help guys. Thanks for the future answers.

Since your CPU is weaker, I would not recommend x264. your CPU is about the equivilent of faster i3 or a low level i5.

Max downscale with x264 would be somewhere in the range of 480p or 540p @ 30fps.

Since you have a AMD GPU, that has a built in hardware decoder that can be used. its not the best quality but it will take most of the load from your CPU and put it on an unused part of the GPU.

For streaming, I would recommend this build of OBS.
