Want to convert a MAC plug-in to windows

I have a filer in .pkg format for Mac but but MacBook's display got some problem, I searched for it's windows version, but didn't got it. I would be very very much happy if someone can help to convert this Mac version plugin to windows version.

That isn't possible. They can't just be 'converted', they need to be compiled from source for each platform, usually with significant modifications made to the source code.
Which plugin is it?
