Question / Help Vsync randomly turns on and off when I stream

I have vsync off in both the Nvidia control panel and ingame. When it happens it's not like I can turn it off because it still says its off in the settings. If anyone knows a fix please let me know!

That is why, don't use display capture, it V-syncs your game with DWM (Desktop Window Manager) AKA Borderless Fullscreen. Doesn't matter if you have V-sync turned off or you are running in Exclusive fullscreen, it WILL V-Sync your game
