Question / Help VSYNC needed with PUBG

I have looked and looked but have not found anything. Whenever I stream I have to have VSYNC on with in PlayerUnknown's Battle Grounds. Without VSYNC I run at <50 fps within OBS but with it on I have a solid 60. The down side is if I'm not streaming I can play at 100+ in PUBG. Is there a way to have OBS stream without VSYNC on?

No, OBS needs some GPU resources too, allowing a game to run at uncapped FPS will cause it to use 100% of the GPU leaving nothing for OBS.

Would it be possible to add a 2nd dedicated GPU for OBS to offload the primary card when hitting over 100% on the primary?
