VST windows open on OBS start?

Not sure if it's the VSTs I'm using or a general issue with the VST windows in the latest OBS on WIndows 11, but every time I open my OBS, the VST windows for TAL Reverb and TDR Nova (an EQ plugin) open automatically.

I used them to create echo effects on Pub and Outdoor Concert scenes - if I could do this without the VSTs, I consider that alternative.
