Question / Help Volume levels problem?

Hi, I am in need of a guide or help with volume levels on OBS to Twitch website. It's like this when I play Goldeneye 64 and use OBS to record I set my volume levels to around 70% or 80% and when I'm playing the game that's loud but then when I finish and watch it on twitch the volume level is quiet for some weird reason?

Can anyone help me sort the volume level to default or what other users use regarding the N64?
